Many of the brackets used on our bike were cut out using the water jet. our triple trees were designed using Autocad and then cut out on a CNC machine. Due to the extreme and complex angles, we used a pneumatic tube bender. We also used the lathe to fabricate the neck and the housing for the swing arm bearings.
