Xavier Highschool has been selected to participate in a Chopper-building competition at Fox Valley Technicial College of Appleton. They are to select a team of students which will race with other highschool teams from around the area to build the mini-chopper of their dreams. They are given thirty six weeks, the technicial college's tools, and money from sponsors they have found to complete the project.
